- Do you work on strata and townhome doors?
- Yes, regularly. If the door is common or limited-common property, check whether strata approval is needed before a full replacement — repairs usually do not require it.
- Can you match my existing door if only one panel is damaged?
- Often yes, if the model is still in production. We check before quoting a full replacement.
- Is there a charge just to have someone come out?
- Yes — a $60 minimum diagnosis and travel fee applies if you decide not to go ahead with the repair. It is waived completely if you have us do the work.
- Is there a warranty on the work?
- Yes — every repair and installation is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labour.
