- What counts as an emergency?
- Anything that leaves your property open, blocks a vehicle you need, or makes the door unsafe to be under. Noise, slow operation and cosmetic damage can wait for a normal window.
- Should I keep trying the opener?
- No. On an off-track door each cycle bends the track further and turns a simple fix into a section replacement.
- Can you secure the opening if it cannot be fixed tonight?
- In most cases yes. Getting the door closed and locked comes first, with the full repair scheduled after.
- Is there a charge just to have someone come out?
- Yes — a $60 minimum diagnosis and travel fee applies if you decide not to go ahead with the repair. It is waived completely if you have us do the work.
- Is there a warranty on the work?
- Yes — every repair and installation is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labour.
