- Do I have to be home?
- For most repairs yes, so the tech can confirm the work and test the door with you before leaving.
- What if it turns out to be something simple?
- We tell you. The diagnostic already flags a couple of issues you can fix yourself in five minutes, and the tech will do the same on site.
- Is there a charge just to have someone come out?
- Yes — a $60 minimum diagnosis and travel fee applies if you decide not to go ahead with the repair. It is waived completely if you have us do the work.
- Is there a warranty on the work?
- Yes — every repair and installation is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labour.
