How Burrard Doors works

We are a Metro Vancouver garage door service. We do not have a showroom, so here is exactly who you deal with, from the first call to the warranty.

   You call or book online

   Our phone line is answered around the clock by Mark, our AI assistant. He takes down the problem and your address, and puts you through to a person any time you ask. You never have to talk to the assistant if you would rather not.

   We confirm a two-hour window by text

   A booking is a request until a technician confirms it. Once they do, you get a text with your arrival window.

   A licensed, insured technician comes to your door

   The work is done by an experienced garage door technician we partner with. They carry liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage, and they arrive knowing what you already told us.

4. 4

   You get a quote before any work starts

   The diagnosis and travel fee is $60, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Nothing else is charged without your OK.

   Burrard Doors bills you and backs the work

   Your invoice comes from us, and every repair and installation carries our 1-year warranty on parts and labour. If something is not right, you call us, not a stranger.
